"Went to Dr Alex. Drove 60 miles to go to him. He and his assistant take Care of me. They make sure I’m comfortable not just by physical accommodation but they talk and tell me what they r going to do and why. I express any anxiety I might have. They listen and help resolve any concern. I highly recommend him. You may not think it’s a big deal to drive that distance but I’m creeping toward 80 and not crazy about distance driving on 65. I don’t want to risk trying to find another great and kind dentist"

"I had a great experience here! I had a porcelain crown that fell out while I was eating cake. I'm very worried because I can't go to work with a missing tooth. I've tried calling every dental office but no one can accept me. I found this office and tried to contact them to help me as quickly as possible! They helped me get an appointment the next day and fixed it in just 30 minutes. Everybody here very good job and so sweet too. "Unfortunately, the rating only goes to five stars, or I would give many more stars. For context, I had a broken tooth that life allowed me to neglect for roughly 6 to 7 months. I began having awful pain in the tooth at the very beginning of the year. Immediately, I began making phone calls to all dental practices in my county to see if they could accommodate my dental emergency. I was not successful in scheduling any appointment that day because I was told everything was booked up for 2 weeks out. A week had passed by, and the pain had only become worse. I did more research online, and that's when I came across Matt Dellinger DMD. I called the next morning as soon as they had opened to see if anything could be done that day for my painful toothache. The receptionist, Sharon, was understanding and compassionate. She had me in the office filling out insurance paperwork within the hour. The dental hygienist Serena did my x-rays and listened attentively to my concerns about my dental emergency. Serena and I discussed options for my treatment plan, and a decision was made to extract the tooth. Once that decision was made, Mr. Alex Hale had me numbed up and ready for extraction within minutes. The process was literally painless, and the reason I was there was because of an unbearable toothache pain. Mr. Hale is a breath of fresh air to the dentistry profession/practice. He is a professional, vibrant, young, compassionate man but most importantly amazing at his craft. I am very thankful for the whole staff at the dental office that I came in contact with. From start to finish, the whole process was very smooth, considering the amount of pain that I was suffering from. I had not been to the dentist since 2021. I had never been to this dental practice, so I was very nervous and almost embarrassed of my situation, but I was treated with nothing but kindness. Please, do not even get me started on the immaculate condition of the whole dental office. Cleanliness is the key to my heart. Now, I have become a patient of this dental practice. I was so impressed that I scheduled my other non dental emergency needs before I left that day. All in all, I am very thankful that I did my research and found Matt Dellinger DMD."
