"Disappointed with the services I received yesterday. I scheduled an appointment for a wash, dry, cut, and style with Heather. When I got there it seemed like she didn't want to wash my hair and said she preferred to dry cut. I was fine with that, but once I got to her chair it was the fastest haircut I had ever received. A total of 5 minutes in the chair. I explained I wanted my hair just below my shoulders and that she could add layers to it. She asked why I wanted layers and I explained that I've always had them. She continued to do a straight cut (rushing through it) stating I looked better with a straight cut. After I paid, I went to my car and not 2 minutes later I saw her leave the salon and drive away. This just confirms that she really didn't want to provide me with quality service and just wanted to rush me out of her chair so she could leave. In addition, I had to clean up some spots where she didn't cut my hair evenly. I'll never go back to this salon again."
