Nail Star

"My daughter and I paid a lot of money to have our nails dipped and we asked for them to apply lotion and massage hands and they told us that service was only available with a manicure. The person right next to my daughter had the same dippex nails and received lotion and hand massage. 3 weeks prior to this visit we received dipped and my daughter asked for application of a pumpkin and potion bottle on a nail on each hand. They did not apply this professionally and you could not see the outline of the pumpkin and potion bottle. It was not what my daughter requested at all. We payed Nail Star very very much money for these services and both times we have not received what we payed for. I recommend going to a different salon for your manicures and pedicures. In one photo, my nails were done only 4 days ago and my polish is not looking good. I wished i had of video of the male nail artist telling me we could not have hand massage and lotion experience! Laziness"

"There’s nothing like a bond with your nail tech! Lee is my absolute favorite! He’s been doing my nails for 7 years now! No matter what I ask him to do….the picture of nails I show him I want & I ask him to replicate… he never fails me!! I moved from the area but I still make the drive to get my nails done by Lee!!"
