"Let me start with saying Mary was very nice and the first stylist that I can remember admitting to giving bad haircut. Picture 1 is right after I had my haircut about 2 months ago. Picture 2 is after Mary cut it today. I asked for about an inch off, keep the same layers up front, and add a few layers in the back. Now I’ve got a huge chunk of hair in the front that is shorter than the rest of my hair and in no way blends in or would it ever blend in. Why am I writing a bad review if she was so nice? Well, because I had to pay full price for the haircut and did not get an apology. There were two other customers in there the same time I was, one was a child. I did not want to upset the child by getting emotional about a bad haircut that I’m stuck with for the next few months while I wait for it to grow out. Mary said it was gapped, she knew I was upset about it because I stopped her from making a second failed attempt to fix what she did."
