"The workers were very rude. When my daughter and I first entered this store, the workers seemed very professional and nice. After we shopped around for a few minutes, I noticed I needed one particular item that I had no idea of finding. So I decided to go to the front register where the two workers were standing. I asked one of the ladies where the particular items were and she politely stated what aisle they were on. Little did they knew my daughter was shopping right in front of the register where they were standing. My daughter overheard them making jokes and laughs about me. It made my daughter devastated to hear someone talking about her mom especially if you’re working in a place of business. Of course my daughter went up to me and said” hey mom they were talking about you”. I replied who, and she said the ladies that are working at the front. So I kept thinking should I say something rude or should I leave the store with grace. I decided to walk up to the counter and lay my items and gracefully told them no and no looked around for my daughter to tell her to put her stuff back and walk out of the door. These ladies became so quiet as they knew they were guilty. I won’t ever shop back in this place again."

"I have frequented this store since it opened. I went today 10/21/2021 to make my monthly purchase but forgot my mask. I didn’t think much of it because I am fully vaccinated and they had the door wide open. According to the CDC mask are not required when you are fully vaccinated. The male guy worker that was there became really aggressive stood up and demanded I leave. I’m sure it was because I am a black women and it made him feel like a real man raising up to a woman. He said, he did not care that I was fully vaccinated. I’m more upset with myself because I had been a loyal customer since they opened and have had many conversations with the young lady that was at the register. Alabaster Beauty Supply has taught me being a loyal customer to them does not matter. Be careful when you go there as I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK!!!!"
