7-Eleven

"This has to be the dirtiest 7-Eleven I've ever been to. Every drink machine and surrounding countertop surface of the place was caked with fingerprints and food residue, looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. If it wasn't for the fact they had a Vernor's slurpee, I would've walked out. Thank God I didn't get sick!!!"

"Im kinda confused as to why this place closes before 11pm on a Saturday night but Monday there open past 11pm it makes no sense other than they can't find anyone to work a Saturday night because people are to lazy or the 'omg I need Saturday night off for my social life" it's the only reason I can think of because not one 7-11 closes before 11 on a SATURDAY night SMH"

"Coffee is pre-made and sitting in a coffee dispenser rather than freshly brewed. One of them was completely empty. The guy working the desk was just sitting there coloring on his phone. And the donut selection was pretty poor. Look like they hadn't been changed maybe. All the ones that were for promo 2 for $2 were pretty much gone so they're probably not bringing in enough. Very very underwhelming and kind of disappointed because I was in a rush on my way to work. Wanted a coffee and a donut and was completely disappointed. Oh and coffee was cold."

"States 24 hours. Just stopped there at 6:21am on 2/11/23 & the doors were locked. There was a car in the parking lot/lights on but no one there. If it’s due to lack of staff-> turn off the lights."

"I live one block from this location and our family has given them our business since they opened. My husband is a local first responder and I was picking up two coffees for his shift. When I went to pay THEIR card reader wouldn’t work and I was treated like trash and embarrassed in front of a line of people. Afterward, I went directly across the street and my card worked absolutely FINE at CVS, so thankfully I was able to grab two cans of Cold Brew Coffee. How is it the customer’s fault that your card reader is defective? I found it super ironic that they had a cross hanging behind the front counter. Maybe act more Christian next time, don’t assume the customer is a crook or some dead beat (especially when it’s my husband’s job is to look after the community). Christian behavior wouldn’t be to humiliate anyone in front of a line of people. Try humility and kindness next time. Things happen and we don’t have to treat people like garbage over it."
