"Terrible phone experience making an inquiry regarding medication availability. After speaking with two employees, was urged to go to Walgreens app to view what was offered elsewhere. Do I receive a discount for doing the work?"

"They don't know how to do chime cash deposits. Every other Walgreens I've been to has no problem whatsoever. Only ever had a problem with this specific one."

"My doctor sent in a generic prescription of Vyvance. When I picked up my prescription, I didn’t ask for the price before having them charge to my account. When I got home, I realized they had given me the non generic and more expensive pills WITHOUT TELLING ME. So I called them and asked them what happened. Their answer? “Oh yeah, we were out of the generic so we just gave you the name brand. We will HOPEFULLY have it next time.” I told them I couldn’t afford the $60 and asked if I could return it. They said no. Terrible service. This is completely unacceptable."

"I had an appointment for a vaccination at 7:50pm, showed up on time, and was told that they don't do any shots within 30 minutes of close (8pm), appointment or not, and told me to call 1800-Walgreens and take it up with them. I spoke to both the pharmacy manager and the store manager, and neither one cared."

"My experience is just on their photo department. I ordered a mail for me card and apparently this store was assign despite it not having a working printer. The woman who called me to tell me it can’t be printed was not helpful nor did she really care. The following day she called me again to tell me what she already told me the day before. This store seems very disorganized. I spoke with Walgreens customer service and they were also clueless and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. So now I have to find an alternate solution."
