"The beers that they create here are outstanding! I had the "Drink More Kolsch", which was a true-to-style German Kolsch. It has a full body flavor with an incredibly smooth finish.. no lingering aftertaste. I spoke with the owners (very nice people) at length about their brewing technique and their attention to detail in creating their beers, down to the water that they use. And it shows! I also tried the "Back Road Amber", which was also excellent.. next time. I will definitely come back."

Owner said they traveled across the USA from the pits of Mississippi to the peaks of Colorado in order to bring together the best ideas into their brewery… and it shows. Will be back."
