"My wife had messaged to hold a piece of furniture and was told that it would be held until 5PM today. We cut our family vacation short in order to be back here by 5PM this evening. When we arrived around 3PM at the store we were told by the worker that they had sold the piece earlier that day. To make matters worse my wife's father stopped by around 1PM today to check out the piece and to talk with the worker and let him know that we would be coming by later that afternoon to pick it up. Rachel should have left a note for the Sunday workers to hold that piece. This lack of professionalism is quite shameful when it comes to running a business. I don't know how someone can treat their customers in this manner and still remain in business. I would not send anyone I know to this store and I suggest you do the same. I don't understand how a business can have miscommunication this large. We will never be back. Thank you for nothing All Around The House"

"Didn't even get into the store and my son sat on an ugly USED chair outisde and the woman working there immediately said "I think you're too dirty to be sitting on there". Since he had grass stains on his white baseball pants, she assumed he was dirty and wasted no time opening her mouth and saying so. His pants were totally clean (except the set-in grass stains) and he hadn't even played in them yet. I turned around and didn't even go in the store. I don't need to shop in a store with someone that rude working there. To the employee: P.S...the furniture was USED and not even nice looking!!"
