"My husband and I eat at Cracker Barrel a lot but on Monday we went for lunch before I had to go to work. We put in our order and 45 minutes later were informed that it got “ lost” the waitress was not one I recognized and was rude. We had to leave because by that time I had 10 minutes to make it to work. Cracker Barrel has always been great but it really was terrible due to the waitress not bothering to find out what was taking our order so long. I spoke with the manager and told him to cancel our order. I sincerely hope this was a one time issue. Sometimes we have gone there when our family comes into town so we spend a lot of money there and tip very well. I’m thinking maybe it’s time to find a better place. Or maybe they were just having an off day. The waitress had just us and two other tables. Usually I’m pretty understanding if they are busy. But this waitress needs to do better."

"Great service by Tinika! Always kept the water and coffee flowing with a smile. Food was great. I had the spicy catfish with fried okra and grits. Grits were the best I had. The okra and fish were also good. Wife had the fried turkey, mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything was good except the waitress who seats you. No smile and ignores you. She did smile when we left. Lol."

"This was an alright location. Ate here with some family for breakfast. Our server Leslie was very attentive and really nice. I ordered the classic sandwich for breakfast but once I got it I realized the bacon I added was missing. No biggie, she brought it out. Then I realized they completely forgot to put mayonnaise on it as well. I felt bad having our server having to basically run laps. My mother ordered some milk and was set to expire the next day, surprise when it tasted awful. I believe they did end up taking it off our ticket though. The rest of the experience was great. The food was hot and tasted great. Everything came out quick too!"

"I never visited the Cracker Barrel in my life and must say that I truly love the food and the country vibe! Throughout our two weeks in the US, we visited about 5 of them. Its amazing how the quality of food, service and interior are identical eventhough the restaurants are 1000's of miles apart. Great job! I recommend going there for the atmosphere and the healthy food options at very reasonable prices! Thank you for your positive contribution to our roadtrip!"
