"I bought some shoes for my son and needed to return them. I paid cash and they didn’t have the cash to refund me my money. They said they would refund me by putting it on my debit card which wouldn’t be a problem but I paid cash and it would take 5 days to refund. It doesn’t take 5 days for no refund, I called customer service and was told they just opened up that day and only had $200 at the time of opening, they told me to go back later to see if they have the money to refund me. Really I have never been told “we don’t have the money come back, we may have it later or maybe not” we don’t know. Can’t find them on the list to report them to bbb. The kids footlocker doesn’t come up at all well not the one in Montgomery so just be careful not sure what that’s about. I’m just gone call to make a complaint to the bbb. Customer service told me to go ahead and make the complaint to the bbb business like they know they’re not on the list. The representative name was Aaron a female."
