"I called this location and asked for a quote on the 100k mile service for my specific vehicle. The guy on the phone asked me “what’s included in the 100k mile service?”.. MINDBLOWN! I’ve called around to a few different auto shops in AL and GA and was never asked by the person working there, the one who should be the SME, what’s included in that service. I told him I expected him to know that information. He said he couldn’t give me a quote without my vin number and license plate number…. Again, mindblown!! I’ve never had to give someone all that information for a quote. After this I realized it’s hers I don’t go to this location as it seems some individuals there may not know what they’re doing."
