"I was looking for heater core hose tee pipe for a 2008 Toyota Sienna LE (3.5L). The outlet hose tee pipe had disintegrated, not bad after 14 years of service. Luckily enough NAPA had one universal pipe on-hand. On the 2008 Sienna(3.5L), you will need the 5/8" and NOT the 3/4". It's good practice to replace both heater core tee pipes, one for the inlet and one for the outlet. The repair itself is not too bad."
