"I went in to purchase a blinker/brake bulb for my vehicle. I told the guy the year/make/model, and he sold me a pack of bulbs. Well, come to find out, they were the wrong ones. About a week or so later I go back to try to return them. I tell him I don't have my receipt, and that I paid with cash. He proceeds to ask me multiple times when I thought it was that I purchased them and started going back day by day to try to find the transaction. I told him that I didn't need the money back, I could exchange them for something in the store. He tells me that they don't have a card thing to do that, but to check with the Hughes location. This is the same guy on the day I bought the bulbs and a new back wiper blade that told me they aren't allowed to change wiper blades. I went to the Hughes Rd. location and they were beyond helpful, exchanged my bulbs and replaced my wiper blade."
