"Just a terrible pharmacy overall. Incredibly ridiculous wait times, pharmacy staff can be rude, and sometimes they take way too long to fill the rx. I use an inhaler and on more than one occasion, they’ve taken multiple days to just slap the sticker on it and mark it as ready. I’ve never had these issues at other Walgreens or other pharmacies in general"

"Honestly comically bad (if my anti-depressant were ever available and I wasn't crying about it). This is the closest pharmacy to my home, so I've been stomaching it, but they've really forced the issue and I'll be switching. Apparently they're perpetually short-staffed and are using clerks from the front of the store in the pharmacy, so maybe they'll thank me for taking my business elsewhere. You're welcome, guys! Don't call: you'll wait for 30+ mins at a time and then be hung up on when pharmacy staff gets tired of ignoring the phone ring. They even acknowledged to me that they do that when I went in today and mentioned my dissatisfaction with that particularly unprofessional tactic. One of my monthly meds is always out of stock/on order and it's kind of a crapshoot whether they'll get it in and sorted with any sort of reasonable efficiency regardless of my ordering in advance. Today someone said about me & in front of me: "she might think she needs it, but if we ain't got it, we don't have it." While logically somewhat sound, super insensitive and unhelpful. But these are not solutions-oriented folks, in my experience. I've increasingly realized the irony of how little this pharmacy cares compared with the gravity of the meds they handle for people. Level of import does not align."

"Takes FOREVER to get a prescription. Had the pharmacy windows inside shut and are only doing drive thru. Worst customer experience. Plan to get all of my prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy after this."

"I go through hell with this pharmacy,everytime. I go out of my way to come here for medicine that I must take everyday. Last night I was told it was ready but must come through the drive thru.i get here and the line is so long I wait 30 mins. have to leave because I'm late to work. Get here this morning wait in line for her to tell me it isn't ready. To get back in line and it will be ready. I dropped of my prescription days ago. Waited on the trucks to get here only to be told to get back in line. This is insane and lack of care or concern by this establishment. I'm happy to say they will no longer have to deal with me as a customer after today."

"Consistently have issues here-- will not answer the phone, prescriptions not ready when the automated message says it IS ready...My latest issue is I have a time sensitive prescription that I need filled. I get the automated text that the specific medicine is not in stock. I call a number of times and no one will answer. My husband goes down to see what might be possible (because I am sick!) and the lines are ridiculous...so he does not talk to anyone on staff. He goes across the street to CVS. They DO have the medicine. They CAN help me...They call Walgreens to get my prescription but NO ONE ANSWERS the phone. So now after working on this all day while sick I still don't have the medicine I need and we have a winter weather advisory coming for the next day or two...which means I may not have the medicine. This is ABSURD!"
