"I just left Kirklands in Florence. This is one of my favorite stores. I was out shopping for potential decor for my office. I was in the store 10 mins. When I walked in a young man greeted me from the back, I returned with a smile an hello. There was 3 people in the store. An older lady, a young girl and a young man. I walked around the entire store and no one approached me or offered assistance. I was not dressed my best today, due to being a Saturday and being leisure. But that shouldn’t stop amazing customer service! I have worked retain the majority of my life and I am dismayed by the lad I of customer service anywhere. Do better! If we do maybe we can keep some brick and mortar stores open. With that being said… online I go…"
