"I have been to many WH and always had good service but our server today was not the best. She dropped our food off at our table and not once asked if we needed anything else, didn't check on us at during our meal. My mom had to get her attention to refill her coffee and it was only then she asked if we was good. I noticed she was not very talkative to any of the other customers either. Just set the plates down and walks away. Maybe it wasnt a good day for her and I under that completely but to not ask if we needed anything except for 1 time during out stay was just not good Customer service. Other than that the food was good."

"The waffle house is my guilty pleasure. You can't beat a Texas Cheesesteak and extra crispy hash browns. My only complaint is they don't have picante sauce anymore. My daughter loves Waffle House and chose to eat here for her birthday. Huge shout out to the workers for helping make her day special."
"Excellent Service as always. Jessica was extremely friendly, kept buy coffee cup topped off, probably took our order. Jessica is one of the reasons I truly enjoy going to Waffle House, and is one of the biggest reasons why we will return. Good food, fast service, fair prices and friendly people."
