"I love Cook Out, and I frequent this location when in the area. It's always pretty good, but tonight they exceeded expectations. The drive-thru moved so fast and they were so friendly! And the food was awesome! You're setting a high bar for the competition!"
"The worst drive through experience ever. First, the lady was rude instead of saying "Can you please drive closer to the speaker box I am unable to understand." She rudely yells, " I can't hear you!" Well that was rude so we placed our order and it's always the same price. For some odd reason it was more than usual. I asked me being the customer I do have the right to ask "About the price" One other lady screams "What" then another lady screaming "Get out my line I don't have to serve you." Something else was said rudely but they were both screaming being ridiculous. Like ladies I'm the customer why do you have attitude bc I want a breakdown on my food cost. It was just really rude and then I called the 1800 number and that lady doesn't even say "hello can I help you" She just holds the phone for a few seconds listening to my background then answers "Hello". Like what type of business is Cook Out running? I hardly ever do bad reviews because I know people have their days but tonight was just unacceptable.The one star is for the past times I went and I got good food."
"The food is good, the guy taking orders is great, but the restaurant could use a little TLC. It's understandable though because I think there were only 3 workers and they were wide open. Glad to see young people with a work ethic. The best part of it all was the prices though. You can't beat the price for good food and the best milkshakes, imo."
"I got 2 trays it was $24 and some change they left out my corn dog and chicken quesadilla I went in to get it and was told she can ring it up for me and I'd have to pay for it finally I got it after showing her the receipt. My wrap had a tiny piece of chicken the cheese burger had 4 pieces of shredded lettuce and very few fries and the grilled cheese had a hair in it. Also the man who was at the counter infront of me had to come back bc they didn't give him all of his food."
"The hot dogs were on hard buns, tasted kind of old. I liked the people and the seating. They were not very busy, could have been food made for a while. Still, I will come back."
