"Got hired by them and was told to come to talk about me starting and I came on the day I chose and the manager that hired me wasn’t there she got the days mixed up and I was like ok that’s fine and so they called her and she said that she will call me when she’s back in and I went home and waited and she never called so I started to call them myself and I called for days and it was always busy so it was unfair to me because I missed out on other job opportunities thinking that I got hired by them and they couldn’t even call or answer the phone to give me any intel"
"While en route to Point Clear for a wedding this store came to my rescue! I needed to exchange the skirt I was wearing for a wedding and the loveliest person, Nancy, answered my call and held the skirt in my size until I arrived. She even assisted me with a back up top purchase and steamed my skirt. I was able to use their clean bathroom and get back in the highway. They were a blessing as the Birmingham store wouldn’t even answer my call this morning. Thank you Nancy!!!!"
