"We’ve had our new LG fridge less than 6 months when it stopped cooling. It was extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone let alone come out to fix it. We called 12 different companies before we found SAR. This company was absolutely phenomenal. Rob went above and beyond to insure that the fridge was fixed and working properly again. Cannot thank this company and Rob enough. Highly recommend."

"Rob initially returned call promptly Managed to fit repair into his schedule same day. Refrigerator worked properly for a short time. Three more times Rob had to return. When contacted that same problem was happening, refunded cost of part. Didn't come back out. Final word, Whirlpool had to send a technician"
