"Angela is a nightmare to deal with. Their insurance is a joke and their sectionals are very cheaply made and fall apart at the seams within months. No one replies to emails or phone calls until you stop making payments. Stay far, far away from this Aaron's store."
"Seem nice and professional at first!!! They employees that repeat cc numbers back very loud while other customers are in store, while trying to pay! None are knowledgeable of their own deals, or processes! Had an agreement that is now paid off after two years, had one we sent back due to covid issues that they were unwilling to work with us on! I have an email that states to call and let them know and they would work with us on it! Have all the medical Dr paperwork to show the hospital stay and all the positive tests! Will NEVER use them again!! Fake people!!"
"As far as I am concerned they deserve more stars, I just lost my Old dryer that I bought from them 12 years ago it dried it last load, so I call up My Aarons store and they had a new dryer for me and they are delivering today. I also am paying on a semi used washer and a new bed for my Son. They are willing to work with you if you get into a pinch, you have to be upfront about whats going on. God Bless All that works there, and a Big Thanks to Angela."
"We selected a washer and dryer set online that their website said was available in store. The customer service in the store was very nice and helpful in the beginning. However once we arrived in the store they did not have the one that we chose, which was fine. They gave us another one in its place and told us of we had any trouble that they would send someone out to take a look at it. If the item needed repairs that would take some time they would send us a replacement/loaner while ours was being repaired. All this was fine as i said they were nice and helpful in the beginning. However that began to change once the appliances were delivered. The dryer wasn't drying the clothes completely so my wife calls the store. They tell her to pull out the dryer and check the hose for clogs. If a technician came out he'd charge us for this if we didn't do it. Now this is not what they told us in the store. When I got home I checked the hose and there was no clogs. So we called the store back and they informed us that it was a third party that did their repairs and we would have to contact them ourselves. Again this was not told to us in the store. We called the technician who told us that he could not get to us for at least a week. Now I dont know about your house but as for mine between work, kids and everyday life the laundry doesn't just stop because the dryer does. So a week with a dryer not working wasn't acceptable. We finally managed to fix it ourselves. We also havent been able to access the online website to make payments since we got the washer and dryer. I've informed the store multiple times and everytime the ladies (Bianca and Angela) in the store tell us that they either have nothing to do with this or that they do not have access to it. They also said that other people have told them that and if it's not working that I'd just have to call on and make a payment. So I finally called the 800 number and talked to customer service and told them the problem and what the y said at the store. The customer service lady was very nice and apologize for the issue. She also said that what they told me was incorrect. The customer service rep said that they would need to contact their I.T. department and have them fix the site for their customers. I called the store back and relayed the message to Bianca who put me on hold then transferred me to Angela. I then explained to Angela what the customer service rep told me and her whole tone with me changed and became very rude. I definitely wont do business with this store again."
"I'm renting to own a tv, washer and dryer from this location, at first they were super nice and understandable but now it's like they don't want to help me at all. My dryer broke within the first month and they rushed to get me a replacement. If you're a day late, they will blow your phone up and beat your door down. There is one lady, Angela, who is beyond rude, every time I speak to her, she speaks down to me, like she's better than me, just really rude, that's not the way you should treat a customer of yours. Now my washer has broken, and instead of jumping to help me get it fixed, or replaced, they won't help me until my payment is up to date (it's 3 days late, and I told them when it would be paid). This place really needs some help, they mistreat their customers and don't care about your business at all. As soon as I can be, I will be done with this place. The equipment isn't worth the amount that you have to pay and the employees are rude as hell. I would suggest not using this location."
