"Great Washing Machine Repair Company, I used them twice in the last year for a Whirlpool Washer I bought brand new in February 2020 from Lowe’s. Machine gets daily use, I am a little neurotic about laundry. This time around, my machine was very unbalanced & loud on the spin cycle + locking mechanism needed replacement. We usually pay by check, rates are reasonable compared to buying a brand new machine outright."

"I use this company back in March 2022. I wanted to wait to write a review, to give my refrigerator time to see if it actually was fixed. I came across this company due to finding out not many companies work on Samsung refrigerators. The dispatch lady gave me a date and time and the tech arrived on that day and around that time. I wasn't sure at first when I seen the tech, because he did not look like the typical tech. However, he came in with a professional manner and got straight to work. He didn't say much. When he found the problem he pointed it out to me and was able to tell me the cost of fixing the refrigerator right then and there. After he completed fixing the refrigerator I paid and he left. I did have a concern once he left; therefore, I contacted the dispatch lady and voice my concern. She stated she will get back with me when she speak to the tech. She did call me back that same day to address my concern. Either way my refrigerator has been running in good condition ever since the repair. My only complaint, but have nothing to do with the company, I will not buy Samsung refrigerators again, only because not many people in Mobile County work on those brands. If needed I will use the company again."
