"Very nice experience. Price wise fantastic. Bathrooms available and clean. Young, peppy instructors to provide guidance. Life jackets are not so clean but much better than some of the other places I have been to. Adequate parking. Negative: they should have some items for sale like water, soda, chips, etc. Boat: took their fast boat. Clean and works perfectly. Reaches 40 mph easy and fuel’s included. We were 3. Its a good Sea Ray. Lake: Wide areas available across 2 lakes. Connection between them is a short no wake 5 minutes. One can easily go top speed for a long time. Negative: would have been nice to have some GPS display in the boat. Negative: high police presence especially in the no wake area. They give easy tickets."

"Our experience was terrible, we planned labor day weekend to rent their rental. She knew what time we would be there and could not meet us there. We decide to go out to dinner and had a very dinner, got to the house! The house was shabby on the outside but the inside was very nice. As we started to unload our bags and walk to the kitchen step on a cockroach. Look to make sure as we were looking at that 3 others came out on the kitchen counter. Looked around daw roa j hotels all over the kitchen, it was disgusting. We called her at first she was oh we sprayed, no way they were all over the counter. We waited outside for her to bring our money. She said we never had this problem before, well you should of never rented it out! As we waited for them outside showed them the nasty roaches and her husband say well at least your only hour away WOW! Very bad business I would of never done that to paying customer $750, plus the money we spent to have a nice getway!! DO NOT RENT VERY unprofessional people!"

"Trina was very accommodating! A random storm popped up and she allowed us to reschedule our boat rental for the next day! She was friendly, and very easy to work with!"

"Do not recommend at all. Paid $450 to rent a pontoon boat. The boat was old and run down. Seats were ripped in several places. there were cob webs in several spots with spiders. Floors were dirty and stained. Over all very dirty boat. Pictures should be posted or you should be informed that the boat you are renting is in that condition. To top it off when we are getting off the boat the bottom wooden step is loose and one of us fell getting hurt. Terrible experience and definitely not worth $450. This was the only pontoon rental I found in Holland. I suggest looking in Grand Haven or Saugatuck for a rental."

"We always have a great time when we come to Holland and Holland Water Sports is a big part of that fun. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We have had the best times using their wave runners to get to the big lake. It’s become a yearly family tradition. Looking forward to our next visit."
