"Do not stay here if you're in town for a hockey tournament! Of all the hotels over the years, even during covid, this one was by far the worst when it comes to relax with some drinks and playing cards. The staff helped to make you feel right at home.....if you lived in some communist nation. Awful experience, and this includes staying at nearly 100 hotels over 6 years with 3 kids playing travel sports"

"It was a great stay. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The pool and game area were nice. The room was nice with tall shower heads and tall ceilings. It was great for our tall family. The bed was comfy. The front desk reception was really friendly too."

"We stayed for 2 nights and was really impressed by this hotel. It's massive. Definitely kid-friendly. The beds were too stiff/firm for my liking and the firm pillows too soft/flat. The hotel is either new, or recently renovated. The room was extremely clean with the exception of one pillow, there was blood on the corner of the pillow slip. The arcade and pool area is really nice. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but got drinks, they were expensive. The breakfast is average and well- stocked/maintained. Elevators are extremely slow."

"One of the best hotels we have stayed at in Michigan! They have 2 hot tubs, one inside and one out; along with an adult swim! We were finally able to enjoy a good soak without getting splashed or ran out of the hot tub by kiddos! They had a great breakfast and the aesthetic in the restaurant was really nice too. The rooms were clean and spacious. Can’t think of a complaint!"
