"We were in town staying at the Hyatt across the street. When we arrived at the restaurant, they said we can only do an online order due to an exhaust issue issue. Folks were not supposed to come inside. Although the staff was friendly, they were completely swamped, and all the food production was very messy. The food tasted OK, but they are running anything but a tight ship over there. Food took about 40 minutes to come out after ordering."
"If I could give zero stars, I would this place used to be great and unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house because I live in alabaster. The employees are unprofessional sloppy, and just plain don’t care. I’ve been to this location multiple times and they have ran out of things like sour cream cheese, guacamole at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, the manager is clearly not accountable for this location. I beg chipotle to put one in alabaster Alabama because I will never come back to this location."
"Literally they are never open and only do online orders when they are… what’s the point of having a store if you don’t even serve customers? It is dirty inside when it is open, and the food you get is half of what you should. I’ve been in the service industry for years; I literally have never once written a complaining review because I understand that the food industry is hard but this is just ridiculous Update: immediately after posting this, I found a piece of plastic in my food. Seriously?"
"terrible terrible attitudes. nobody was even in line just us and they couldn’t be bothered, no napkins, no lemonade, just a terrible experience for the price. should’ve just went somewhere else and got better service and food."
