"The staff is very rude, showing discrimination towards people. Spoke with the manager and he was very rude questioning me about things like I was the one in the wrong. The smoothies are like liquid at least mine are every time I go to get one. It’s sad because I use to go all the time and new the original owners and the people were so nice and polite now it’s the total opposite! Every time I go inside the employees just stand there and look at me like I’m invisible! The last time I went in I ordered a smoothie and three gentleman game in after me and ordered food and smoothies and the rude employees that obviously have something Against me gave all three customers there food/smoothies before me while my smoothie sat on the counter. I would never Recommend going here unless you want to be treated with nothing but rudeness and liquid smoothies! Very disappointing, Smoothie King in the galleria is 100% better and the employees and manager are very polite and don’t discriminate towards anyone!!!"

"I placed an online order, walked in right at the estimated time that it would be done. I proceed to grab my smoothie from the pick up area and the smoothie is so liquidy like a drink, not a smoothie. I then walk up to the counter and tell them, “I hate to ask but this is very liquidy like a drink and I kinda like it more thick like a smoothie”. There is 3 employees and then a manager all standing around and they all start looking at me like they have seen a ghost. The one girl asks me, “well how long was it sitting there” and I let her know “I just placed the order a couple min ago”, I keep standing there waiting for the manager to possibly ask me what was wrong with it and maybe take it back to remake. They all keep staring at me with nothing to say and the manager finally speaks up and says something like, “well next time they will remake it” and I was already walking out because no one was willing to help me. Was really excited to start coming here and using the app, looks like I am going to another location instead. And the wrap was absolutely tiny, compared to my boyfriends. They were the same exact thing."

"Do NOT go here. **PHOTOS INCLUDED** I ordered food on October 21 and found a foreign item in my food. In addition to this they forgot my sweet potatoes. I called the following day for a refund and was informed by Angela that I would receive a full refund for these mistakes and that she would pass it along to her general manager to process. A week went by and still no refund. Another week by at still no refund. I called again and spoke with Angela several more times and she said that she had told the GM, but that she would follow-up regarding my FULL refund and that he would call me if need be. A day after this phone call on November 6, I received an email saying I was getting a partial refund. I called and spoke directly to the GM because I was told I would be getting a full refund, not a partial refund. The GM said that Angela never promised me a full refund and that he can’t give me one. I asked for a corporate number and he said he could not give me one. I repeat, do NOT go here. They offer terrible customer service and you will find items in your food that should not be there. I will be finding a corporate number to report this store."

"I went to this location today and it was amazing. Greg and Mack were on staff. I made my order online and there was an error where my phone deselected the option for an ingredient in my smoothie. Greg stated he would remake the smoothie. I misunderstood the statement so went to my car to head to work. Greg ran to my car before I was able to pull off and provided clarity to my misunderstand. Going above and beyond to even offer to bring the remade smoothie to my car. To say good service is an understatement! The service is fabulous with these two gentlemen on staff! Thank you both so much for all the help and exceptional service you showed me today. The Beach Bum and Sante Fe quesadilla were delicious. Keep up the amazing work!"

"They must have new employees since the other reviews because they’re good! The manager remade a smoothie I was getting for my mom who is sick and went above and beyond and gave me one too! He was great, did everything well including balancing out the drink carrier, and had the friendliness of a chick fil a employee! :)"
