THEN SHE WALKS IN ASKING ME WHAT STORE I WAS FROM? SINCE WHEN DOES IT MATTER ON WHAT STORE IM FROM WHEN DOING A RETURN OR PURCHASE(DID I MISS THE NEW POLICY & PROCEDURE ON THAT?) AS A FORMER TSM OF THAT STORE I WALK IN NOW AND BE LIKE WHAT HAPPENED? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE...ITS MORE THAN JUST HAVING BODIES THERE!"

"Can’t really rate the store when everytime you go it’s a note on the door saying they closed or will reopen at a certain. Completely understand being short staff but I’ve come to the store several times over the past month and it’s been a note on the door every single time."

Tried to return something to be told it looked worn and they would not take it back (had just bought it day before) yet the people in front of me had return items and had no problem with their returns. The tag and everything was still on outfit returned. Every time I go in this store I do not get a welcome or any type of customer service. I like their clothing but the service at this place has turned me away"
