"Nice store, was somewhat disorganized, stock was low on a lot of things - which could've been attributed to new stock coming in or restocking etc... Biggest complaint I have is that customer service could use a little work. No greeting when I or others walked in that I noticed. Definitely don't need the red carpet rolled out but even a simple "Welcome to Chico's if you need help finding anything let us know." I wandered around for about 10 minutes, sales reps kept heads down and went about their business not saying a word. Very odd experience as I've visited Chico's many times at Stonebridge Town Center in Woodbridge VA and ladies in there were always on top of their customer service game. Will try the other store off Parkway (maybe) or just do my shopping online."

"my wife’s been shopping all over town for a dress for a special occasion and we happened into this store. “our fitting rooms are closed” it was dumb when the pandemic was ‘relevent’ but still now? how dumb. lost an easy sale and a potential new long-term customer with plenty of disposable income. bad move Chico’s"

"Different customer service experience and hours for people with darker complexion. Asked to use the dressing room and was told the dressing room was closed 30 minutes before closing time. A different person with lighter skin somehow was able to use the dressing room though."

"I love the store and had have a great customer service, but this past December 31 I experienced an awful customer service and was given wrong merchandise purchased. Given the rush of holiday I didn’t noticed mistake until two days later when I unpacked. Called store, spoke with manager but although willing to help she hanged up on me. I waited 30 minutes in the hopes it was not intentional before writing this review. Manger explanation was that there is a problem because Covid. Is that what I am to expect as a customer? Absolutely no excuse should be tolerated in this case. Bracing for a third world customer service? I hope not."
