"Went here Saturday with my family, never in my entire life have I ever recieved the worst customer service. I hadn’t been in the store 30 seconds and was just looking at jeans on the table and this blonde woman came up to me and asked if I needed help, I politely declined, after declining she continued to be persistent and would not leave me alone, after I told her I was good for the 3rd time. The coworker (a guy) across from her just kept looking at her to stop, but she wouldn’t leave me alone. I have never felt so harassed in a store, I got some jeans and tried them on but I couldn’t even get them because I was so frustrated by how she acted and how I felt. So my family and I just decided to leave, just couldn’t get that sour taste out of my mouth. I had shopped here before and every other time, the people in there was extremely nice but its like that time, I literally couldn’t even look without this girl bothering me. Just sad, I was planning to spend a couple hundred on jeans because I needed some and I love lucky but I decided to go to another store on Bridge Street and spent my money, where the employees were super nice. I definitely will not be back at this location. Pro tip for girl because I have work in various environments in my lifetime, if you want to make sells or get customers, do not harras them, let them browse and look around, after someone says no they don’t need help, accept it and go on, they will come to you if they need something."

"Fantastic selection of high-quality jeans of different varieties and styles. Love their signature trademarks too, just my kind of humor. The cashier here was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction to just what I was looking for. Would shop here again!"

"So I was in the Store this evening. First time in seven years.. everything they have is great quality and my jeans and shirts from seven years ago are beautifully aging. I stopped going due to the sales persons. I looked great in everything according to sales person.. that was not true after I bought , washed and then disappointed. Enough about that.. on to the good stuff... Isaac was the salesman tonight at Bridge Streets Lucky Brand store. I had a shirt in mind to buy after seeing it on a friend. Isaac knows clothing and he knows it well.. after talking and shopping I was ready to pay for my shirts and as I walked by the jeans he said, I think you’d look great in certain Jean (can’t remember the number/style jean) ... one step further gave me the reason why!! I know!! My thoughts exactly... that’s a salesman that delivered !!! While I didn’t try them on.... I will go back when he is there and try on and buy jeans with his help.. Thanks Lucky Brand Isaac!!!"

"Unpleasant Visit....The young ladies I've dealt with inside the store have always been very kind and polite at the register but the manager (William) is very aggressive and rude. I was returning an item in perfect condition with my receipt and confirmed three times that I did not want to repurchase anything being they didn't have the style in store I was looking for. He became very impolite in tone and snide in words by suggesting that I liked the jeans and bought them but now I don't like them any more. I advised him that if he must know, I purchased them first and tried them on at home later. The store is very limited in the styles that they offer even though Lucky has several styles that accommodate more women of different shapes and sizes. Maybe instead of attempting to chastise me about a return he should stock different styles that would embrace more women."
