"Today was my first time visiting this store. A few of the staff members were friendly,but the sales associate who assisted me wasn’t very helpful or professional. I was shopping for a pair of roller skates and wasn’t sure of which size I’d need, as I didn’t know how the sizing of the skates ran. The young lady seemed to have an issue with the fact that I needed two different sizes and became visibly frustrated with my request before stating: “I don’t feel like carrying down two pair of heavy skates.” I understand that the items are heavy, however, you were hired to assist the customer not tell them what you don’t “feel like doing”. Clearly, she didn’t see anything wrong with speaking to customers any kind of way. To be fair, she did bring both skates and stated that she was “too frail” to lift the skates…Not offering an apology or anything (go figure). Based on the customer service that I received today, I’ll never frequent this store again. Which sucks because the skates are super cute and I’d planned to purchase another pair."

"Great place with great boards. Knowledgeable staff that doesn't mind to help you out with your skateboard and show you around the shop. Everyone in there is chill and the jewelry is less expensive but of decent quality. Big fan of the direction zumies has went over the years. 5 star experience."

"andy was gave me me the best customer service i had EVER had in my life. helped my 29 year old son (autistic) pick out a board, and he gripped it for us. apart from the creepy questions he asked us, andy gave us the best customer service ever. very satisfied."
