"I received a gift card for Christmas and decided to use it at this new Gardendale location. I placed my order online and paid online as well. I was provided a pick-up time. I arrived at the restaurant and checked my text messages. I followed the instructions provided. Smooth process! I ordrred the parmesan chicken with a sweet potato. DELICIOUS!!"
"Looking for a great dinner date night give LongHorn a try. Our waitress was amazing. A lot of establishments I've been to you have to flag down your waitress or waiter for service but ours was on hand every couple of minutes. The food was great and prepared in a timely manner. Definitely will be returning."
"I just spent three weeks working in the kitchen at this location. I have to be honest, it didn’t take long before my family and I stopped eating the food. Shortly after I left the job due to the inexcusable quality of food being served here. I had done a deep clean on the kitchen and found they are letting food mold in back of the lines fridge. This is being pushed next to the food you’re being served. I would not recommend eating here until a change in management. On top of that, the quality of life for employees in non existent. Everyone there seems miserable and have stopped feeling like management cares. Hopefully this helps someone make an informed decision on the possibility that this food could make you or your kids sick."
"Very nice location & clean! The server was really nice but you could tell she had more tables to take care of then she could handle. That resulted in super slow service, she was a great server, it wasn’t her fault, but it took 2.5 hours to eat and get out. The food was great with the exception of my steak. It had decent flavor but they butterflied the fillet which ruined it. I’ve never seen a restaurant butterfly a steak that’s supposed to be cooked medium. I would go back, but I would do it on a day that I wasn’t in a hurry & I would specifically tell them not to butterfly my fillet."
"Started off very nice. Staff friendly. Got seated then forgotten about. After about 20 minutes a Server, Kayla, comes to get our drink orders. Hubby ordered a Tito's Texas Tea. She says they are out of that drink. So he asks for a Long Island Tea. She says they are out of that also. He got a Margarita. About 10 minutes later she comes to take our food order. In conversation we tell her were are traveling from Texas to attend a Church in a neighboring town, for a Tribal Nation's Revival. Her demeanor changed. We got our Tonions. I asked for extra sauce. Hubby loves the sauce. Lol. I ordered salad and soup. He ordered the Regular Ribeye, Okra and corn on cob. Was told they don't serve Okra. He was heartbroken because he loves the fried Okra. I get my food. The salad was barely a handful of lettuce, 2 grapes, 1 mandarine orange wedge, a few pecan pieces, half a strawberry, cut in half and barely and dressing. The Potato Soup tasted like it came from a can. Husband sits and watches me eat. I finish my meal. He is still waiting on his food. Kayla then brings him his side Salad. He eats it and waits 15 more minutes for his meal. His steak was thin and not well seasoned. We then got our extra sauce for our already eaten Tonions. We never got our bread. Kayla was very attentive to the booth next to us celebrating a birthday. My Husband was very disappointed. We tipped her very well regardless. All the Staff seamed pretty good, except Kayla. Maybe she just had an off night."
