"Been coming to this location for years, as it's the closest one to me. I've never had a bad experience of any kind. From dining in (rare), to the drive-thru + app (most frequent), or carry out. Staff is always as pleasant as you'd expect and though depending on the day/time of day, obviously very busy, they continue to exceed timelines expectations. In the rare case that an order is missing something, there have never been any issues (in my experience) getting those missing items without a fuss of any kind. A1 location of the place we all love!"
"Waffle fries were good and salty from this location. Pickles just right on the sandwich Plan on nearly a half hour to go through the drive through. Simple, minimal lunch orders are over $10 each each, but it's good"
"I’ve experienced horrible service twice today at the Gardendale location. I placed both orders through the mobile app. The first order was for breakfast and when I went in the get my order the orders were just sitting behind the counter. Customers were just standing around waiting while their food was just sitting. I went back for dinner and had another issue! Placed my order through the app, no one was outside to check the order in! Once I got around to the window, my order wasn’t ready, and they had me pull up to wait. After waxing for 20 minutes, I went inside to cancel the order. There’s no way it would take that long to fill 2 orders of chicken nuggets. I’m very disappointed as my family and I visit this location several times a week."
"They were absolutely hammered when we were there. Barely standing room. Definitely no empty seats. But . Chick fil a is always good."
"This place is not Chick-fil-A, it's Sick-fil-A. I ordered a chicken egg and cheese biscuit and they gave me a chicken biscuit. While I was there another guy came in complaining that he had gotten the wrong order. The whole time a couple of the workers comparing books to movies! They mind as well go ahead and read a book because they preformed poorly at there job. I called six times and got no answer. I figured if they had time to discuss books, surly they had time to pick up the phone. Didn't have time to turn around because of my work schedule. Dissatisfied and disappointed is a understatement."
