"My pizza was delivered to the front desk of the hotel instead of my room after I confirmed with the Papa Johns manager that they were showing the right room number of 210. It was eaten by the hotel personnel as the driver tried to deliver it to room 329, which had nobody there. I was expecting they'd make it right by expediting a replacement pizza, but the manager actually refused a refund and told me I put in the wrong room number (even After I had confirmed the right number earlier with her). After several minutes of trying to explain that I put in the right room number and me asking why the driver didn't call me about the confusion, she finally did the refund but told me to "never order from here again"! This was very frustrating! They need training about having professional attitudes and calling the customer when there's confusion about delivery."
