"Beautiful and VERY CLEAN facility. I drive 15 minutes past our local store to visit this one. I love a working meal there. Great people helpful and friendly - both staff and customers. It was definitely a "Chik Fil A ... my pleasure " experience!"
"I used the mobile app which is normally easy. Who ever was working the drive-thru should learn the alphabet. After I finally gave in and went inside, the manager said they had my order but continued to make fun of the one on the drive thru speaker. The food was so cold, I could have picked icicles off of it, and the large fry I ordered wasn't even half full. I won't be going back to this location, I'd drive around the corner to Chick-fil-A."
"Yesterday's lunch experience was terrible. My Fish Fillet was not only in halfs, but DROWNED in tarter sauce. There were more issues with my sandwich too. The tables & floor were dirty, & the food wait was longer than usual. At least this isn't the usual experience at this location, which is usually on the ball."
"I had an experience a few days ago where I had made a mobile order and purchased 2 sauce cups. We had to go back because I didn't get them. I had checked both bags, and there was only ketchup mustard and mayo. When we drove back around (I needed to order an extra drink anyways), one woman told the cashier "they're in the bottom but go on ahead and give em to her" looking me dead in the face as she said it. If McDonald's is now policing the sauce cups that bad that employees would rather accuse you of lying so they don't get any repercussions for potentially giving out extras, that's not a place I want to eat at."
"Fresh tasting big breakfast with hotcakes and chicken biscuit! Big breakfast with an extra sausage. Frapaccino and cappuccino! Perfect! The oatmeal with nuts and berries was fantastic! No need to add any sugar!"
