What I don’t like, is how long they let the line get before they decide to open up more than one cash register… Today, there were three associates behind the counter… Two were watching one associate ring people up… I was standing in line… After a few minutes, and with growing frustration, I decided to put my things down and leave. At that moment, I heard the announcement that register three was open… It was the same young lady who looked at me several times as I waited in line. I continued to walk out. I only had a few items that I wanted, nothing that I needed… Nevertheless, I was disappointed…"
