"I went in yesterday for some shirts and the employee that was helping me went to get direction from the manager on duty but came back empty handed and couldn't find a solution (or didn't know how to place the order in your system), when the manager came out to speak with me, he didn't know either. I expect this from new hires but managers should probably know how to place a basic order, when needed. Leadership is sorely lacking."

"The customer service at this location is the best of the best. When I got into town from out of state (during the week of a winter storm) for a wedding I was officiating, I realized that I was without my tuxedo. Hand up - huge mistake on my part, I know. It was unfortunately forgotten when scrambling to get out of the house and on the road before more bad weather rolled through. I called up this location and Joe became a physical embodiment of a silver lining. He talked me through different options while I gave him my sizes and he was able to secure everything I needed to be dressed to nines come Saturday. I came in on Friday morning and he made sure everything fit accordingly and even hemmed my pants on the spot. Thank you, Joe and the Men’s Wearhouse team. You have a fan in me for life."

"First of all, phenomenal help from Trenton as it, went far beyond my expectations in the service he provided. Went in for some business clothing as I'm on travel he was able to find exactly what I needed. From taking my measurements, to locating the style, to even having the shirt pressed to be ready for wear. I'm happy I went into the store."

"I would never ever use this place!!!! I star is too high a rating to give them, but was the lowest it would allow me to rate!!! First off $250 to rent a suite $250 TO RENT!!!! Not even that nice is a suite. Was not tailored that well, the pants were high water and the jacket fit sloppy sliding, pants were itchy!!! I live an hour away from the nearest men’s warehouse, so it was very inconvenient for having to drive there to get fitted, drive back to pick up the suite coming in only 2 days before the wedding, driving hour there soon as got of work that evening, get there and it is very long time waiting, they take other cuthomers in middle of helping you to make you wait even longer!!! then untold to me the suite had to be returned the VERY NEXT DAY AFTER THE WEDDING (or a $20 late fee would apply) that day being a Sunday, exhausted from wedding the day before, I had to work all day Sunday, did not know the suite had to be returned that fast!!! So when I drove another hour to return it Monday, just one day later, they charged me $20 + tax late fee!!!! The boy was rude when I told him I was not told it had to be returned that fast. He pointed at ticket and said it’s right here on the ticket that was pinned to the suite bag… WHO IN THE WORLD IS READING THAT DANG TICKET WHEN PICKING UP A SUITE JUST 2 days before wedding!!!! Only thing I looked at that ticket was the top for name on it!!! They obviously don’t have a clue how stressful, busy and time consuming a formal wedding is!!!! Also don’t have a care, they are extremely inconvenient and expensive to use!!! I will never use them, this was for family wedding and they picked using men’s warehouse!!!!!! I could have BROUGHT a much nicer, much better tailored fit to keep and way more convenient, way cheaper this junky place!!!!!!"
