"I’m really not a fan of this Burlington location. It’s much smaller than the original location and everything feels extremely cramped/cluttered. The lobby of the main entrance door reeks of urine and rubber. The staff isnt polite and lines are unusually long. It’s rarely ever clean/tidy in the store,(especially the restrooms). If I have the energy and time to sift through the clutter, I occasionally find good deals."

"You'll find all the great items you're looking for and then...that dreadful line to purchase! You will be in line longer than it took you to shop. "Cashier number 4, please!" Ugh! Update: December 17, 2023. I figured if I go to Bulington early, the place will be clean. Nope! Look at the photos."

"Like every other negative review, the line during a peak Friday night was absolutely ridiculous. It should not take 45 minutes to check out because you have only 1 cashier open. A 2nd finally came after we were in line for 15 minutes but by that point there was no saving the experience. Visited Home Goods prior to this and their line moved so quickly so it's definitely possible to achieve quick lines during the holidays, Burlington just isn't doing it. There were multiple other employees on the floor so I am not sure why they didn't have every single one on register."

"This place is a wreck. Most of the time the cashiers are friendly but the one I had to deal with on 12/4/23 was the worst. Also, they need to clean up the store. Too many items everywhere. They need at least 4 cashiers working during their peak times and seasons. There is no need to be in the line for 45 minutes to an hour. Do better!"
