"Very unprofessional was renting a TV which was supposed to be new it stopped working 10 months into my agreement I was advised I could have the TV picked up shipped off to an outsource company for repair and they don't have a loaner so I would still have to pay for a TV I didn't have. Then I was offered a new agreement which I dont want because you can buy a brand new TV for half of what I have already paid. I was advised I could turn the TV in but after three times of a promise to pick up no one has come for the broken TV. No STARS JUST TERRIBLE"

"I have a friend that needed a washer and dryer. She went to the store on oct 21st and found what she needed. The salesperson worked with her. Told her it would be delivered the next day. When she would call the store she would be told some excuse why they couldn't deliver the items. It Wednesday Oct 26th and still excuses. Canceled the order."
