"I visited Best Buy to return a dual phone set I had purchased that was still under warranty. This was the second visit with this same brand of phone to return it. It was replaced the first time, but on this visit, the young employee said for me to handle it with the manufacturer. Since I bought the phone from Best Buy, I believe they should have replaced it there in the store, or refunded my money. Who is right about this? It has become impossible to reach anyone in their customer service department"

"If I could give negative stars I would. When we ordered online it said it would be ready within an hour. My wife drove all the way out there. They were willing to wait longer than the hour on the item. My wife and son were spoken down to, then were told the website never says it can be ready within an hour. They refused to even see if the item was in the store. I had to get online with customer service to find out the item was not even in the store. I understand inventory issues, but being rude and condescending to a customer is unacceptable. We will never shop with Best Buy ever again."

Pleasant Conversation with the General Manager.. but yet I ask myself why I had to speak with him in the first place. Expect the bare minimum from some but always remember.. this is Modern day America.. customers service themselves."
