"The management is poor at this place the food is not in temperature and old. I know everyone is short of staff but when there are managers on the front end your order should be right food should be fresh. I have been here in the last two week once for breakfast and for lunch is the experience was horrible. And management does not care or the staff they are cursing on the front end around customers and being very rude."

"Our drive through server was excellent, but the line was slow. Store seemed understaffed. Food was not as good as I expected. Tasted like the frier oil was very old, and about 25% of my tots had been through multiple times."

"First time at Jacks for us, enjoyed the breakfast. Service was good. Restaurant was clean including the restrooms. Will definitely return to another Jacks when traveling."

"This was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I go through the drive thru and ordered boneless wings and pay. The workers were very unfriendly, and they pulled me forward to wait on my wings. Nearly every person that ordered after me were also told to pull forward to wait on their food, although they weren't very busy. I wait for about 15 minutes and then someone finally brings my food out to me. I get home, take a bite into the wings, and it was almost completely raw (see attached photo). Not sure why I had to wait so long in line because it obviously wasn't for the wings to be cooked. I go back and speak to a manager to show them what they served me and to get my money back. She never once apologized for the raw chicken that was given to me, but instead told the cook to start checking the wings all the while seeming very unconcerned. While I was waiting for my refund, another employee asked me if I needed anything and I told hin that I was given raw wings and was getting a refund. He responded with a little snicker and made a face that made it seem like he couldn't care less. I would recommend not ever going to this restaurant unless major changes are made."

"Jack's is one of my go-to spots for lunch, and I am rarely disappointed. This experience was just that... disappointing. I like to try the new menu items, so when I saw the bacon ranch fries, I thought, why not? They were not a good value for the price, the fries were hard, and the toppings were lacking. I didn't finish my lunch. Wasn't as expected...."
