"If I could do negative stars I would. I bought a rider lawnmower that was priced at 4200. By the time it is over I will pay over 9000. I understand that is the cost of being able to get something and make payments so I agreed to the price. However, when I got home and tried to mow my lawn I could not cut more than 3 feet at a time without the blade belt popping off. I called them about this and they completely refused to do anything. They just have me another number to call because according to them it is under warranty. When I called the place to fix it, they stated that they can't do anything because Buddy's does their own repairs and they didn't sell it to me. At the end of it all... I have a $9000 lawn mower that I didn't even get to use once and no one will take responsibility and fix it or return it. I will never be back there again and would never recommend anyone else to go there either."

"I just bought a wash machine this morning. (Mine quit on me yesterday) The manager and the guy who delivered it was so nice and helpful. He delivered, installed and took the old one out withing 30 min. Thank you so much buddy's"
