"Got a washer and dryer from them till this day still don't know what's wrong with it the dryer will dry on normal the timer will go from 42 mins to 1 min and then done all in less then 3 mins. They picked it up to fix it but since we was close to paying it off they sent it back and said they had to order a part for us to use the timed dryer setting and when the part comes in they will come put it in that's been 4 months ago!"
"I got a washer and dryer from them and not even a week it missed up and I call and told them and it took a day for them to come out and then they come and got it and when I call and try to fine out if they have got it fix and they told me that it would be done by this afther none and haven't heard anything until I call"
"I have NOT got anything yet. Waiting. But from what I see everything looks great. All places will have good and bad reviews. To the ppl who did do bad reviews and got lied or treated wrong I am sorry. But always remember THIS if one employee will NOT help you go above them, and then to the next, and then corporate. ONLY if you are being lied and not treated like you should be! They need to understand some no ALL ppl need a washer and dryer!! They should think of it if it was their washer or dryer would hmm I wait of course they would not. But with all this said I would and am willing to give them a chance.."
"If I could give it a negative one I would. I’ve used them for many years and until they changed over with these new employees it was great. Now I wouldn’t give them a dime my washing machine broke they come and got it January 9 they’ve had it for over a month and it’s still not fixed when I called last week they told me that it was fixed and they were just going to test it went up there today and it’s still not even fixed. So they flat out lied to me about it even being fixed and the girl behind the counter that wanted to roll her eyes is the one that lied to me I will never buy anything else from Best Way again"
