"This place was just pure beauty. Right off the side of the road. We just stopped by enjoyed the view and took some pictures !"
"Wife and I stop by every time we visit Petoskey. If you are willing to take a short walk from the public parking area you can find yourself away from everyone else. Plenty of Petoskey Stones and other rock finds."
"Nice little park right off the road. Very shallow so you can walk a good ways out looking for Petoskey stones or to take neat pictures. Cool place to stop. There are grills and benches as well and a bathroom."
"We visited on the weekend, trying to find a good rock hunting beach. We found it! Great spot to go picking at, will definitely be back when wee are in the area."
"I have been coming here since I was a kid in the 60s. It never loses its charm. The water levels are incredibly high right now but there have been summers where we could walk out to that clump of trees in the distance. Bring a lunch and stay awhile!"
