"Got a smoothie early this afternoon. The clerk was nice , specifically asked for my name as I had a mobile order , I was the only person in the store at the time. and they managed to hand me someone else’s order and I didn’t even notice until 3 hrs later. Not mad, just wanted it to be noted. I called when I discovered but no one answered and there was no voicemail. Hopefully when the uber eats person showed up for the drink, they noticed and got the right drink made."

"I come here frequently and take advantage of the rewards system in the smoothie king app because they are very expensive. I usually order the same thing every time, and there seems to be inconsistency in the ingredients because sometimes the flavor and color can be drastically different from one day to the next. Also, I order online and then go to pickup 5-10 mins after the pickup time I’m given, and they still haven’t even started making it yet. So that’s frustrating. There are usually only 1 or 2 other customers there, if that. So it doesn’t seem like it’s due to being busy (that’s why they said it wasn’t ready yet), but it happens a lot."
