"I have had better from other restaurants than here as of tonight. The biscuits are not fresh. Ordered a 10 piece meal with mash potatoes and gravy on the side (I do t like gravy) so I always get it on the side with green beans. Got home the green beans lid was open juice spilled everywhere and no gravy. This was just sloppy work from the workers tonight. Not very happy at all. No greet at the window no thank you no nothing. I'd rather go to decatur and eat from there. This is ridiculous."

"This is a poorly operated store. The chicken is hard as brick. They need to wash they damn hands and use gloves, wear hair nets. They talk crazy to their employees in front of customer. . I almost chipped my tooth on the chicken. I give no stars. Clean your store, wash your hands, clean your dining area and restroom and not with the same cleaning rags that disgusting. Be professional and learn to fry chicken. I have ate at several Jack's no one else had hard chicken. This store has a 4.1. I'm confused on how they are awful. Tighten up"

"The odor when enter was foul. Upon entering the women's restroom it made sense where it was coming from. The floor was flooded with water and paper towels. There was no toilet paper which caused someone to stop the toilets up from using the paper towels. The gentleman at the front counter was very polite when I mentioned it and even while he took my order. The service was fast, and my order was correct. However, the chicken was not fresh and the biscuits were too hard to eat. I don't think I'll be returning after also finding out about their health score of 77."
