"Good food, good employees, but the app is a complete waste of time. I spent a long time customizing an order in the app, but it wouldn't let me check out. It just sat there spinning . I went to the local store and the speaker wasn't working right, they could barely hear me. They said try restarting the app so I went to app settings, did Force Stop, and reopened it. Then it let me check out, but when I tried Place Order it just spun again for four minutes before I finally gave up, drove to a different speaker that worked, and ordered at the store, losing two different app-only discounts. If you're going to offer some discounts ONLY in the app, you need to make sure the app actually works. It's ridiculous that employees can't manually enter discounts offered in the app, especially when the app DOES NOT WORK. I'm running up to date Android on a Pixel phone and I regularly check for app updates. Data and location were on. I restarted the app and the phone. The problem was in the app."
