"the worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! the assistant manger as she said she was would NOT give us a refund for shoes they ordered online for my husband then sold when they came in from up under him!!! $240!!! she was very rude and made me leave the store we have a whole video of the whole thing!!! also a lady came in behind us and they denied her refund also! she had everything on video also !!! i'm sure she will leave a review also!!! i have told my husband family and mine they will no longer shop with this company ever again for our shoes or the kids shoes!!!! feel free to ask us for the videos cause we would paint it if it let us"

"Called the store coming from Columbus,Ms in search of a specific item. This was about 5 minutes ago. (It’s now 3:54pm on 12/09/2021. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude I asked about size 10 Uggs she literally Huffed on the phone ! I tried to explain the situation with me coming from a distance to the store and she hung up! Customer Service was HORRIBLE! I was not rude nor did I say anything rude to her in any kind of way.! This would have been my first time shopping at this store and honestly after this verbal transaction I NEVER want to. 10/10 do NOT recommend !"
