"I haven't visited Wendy's and probably 2 decades. I don't eat out very much, but I did order a double cheeseburger with extra onions at the Cottondale Alabama store and it was the best ever! Lots of onions the patties were cooked just right they weren't all the way cooked but they were cooked enough to eat, slight pink! Works for me! Kudos people!"
"We had a horrible experience with the service here, but the food was pretty good overall. We placed an order through the Wendy's mobile app. At the drive-thru speaker, we were greeted with, "Welcome to Wendy's." I waited, as it's typical for someone to say, "How may I help you?" or something similar. I gave them space, as I thought maybe they were helping another customer at the window. After a minute or two, I asked if anyone was there. The lady said, "Yes, I *said*, 'Welcome to Wendy's!'" I apologized and said that I didn't hear them say anything after that. She then sighed and said something like, "You could have said your order already," in a gruff tone of voice. After I said I had a mobile order, I was told to drive around. My wife commented about how rude they were, and I agreed. At the window, I'm not sure if it was the same employee as over the speaker, but they were also rude. They handed me our drink without a word. After giving me the sacks of food, they said, "That should be it." I would have expected a "Thank you," or something a little more polite. My drink was supposed to be a regular Dr Pepper, but it tasted like the worst diet soft drink ever created by man. Regarding the food, the pieces of lettuce on the burger were teeny pieces smaller than the pickles. Otherwise, most of our food was tasty and just what we ordered. I eat at Wendy's back home in Texas constantly, and if it weren't for those good experiences, I wouldn't come to a Wendy's again. This was enough to make me stay away, but I know that Wendy's can be better, so I'll keep coming. But, I hope I remember to not visit a Wendy's in Alabama if this is what they're like."
"So the last time i went to this specific Wendy's i had ordered a Dave's double instead i got chicken nuggets. is it my fault for not checking or is it their fault for not giving out the right order. Note: i was in the drive thru."
"I'm standing here at the counter waiting and waiting to order but I'm being ignored by the entire staff as if I don't exist. The employees are very busy trying to look busy and it's as if they are all stoned out of their heads because they're all doing really stupid things like picking a stray fry out of the deep fryer, socializing with each other and now ignoring the complaining customers who are adding up behind me fast. Just wanted a salad and a drink didn't think the employees would make a career out of it!"
