"I called just before they were having to close early due to weather and Jennifer went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of!! Great customer service! Only complaint is that the pizza had too much tomato sauce, otherwise it was a great experience!! Thanks again Jennifer!"

"Edit 2: November 2023 - Once again, a total letdown. They outsourced it again to Doordash, and the lady had to wait an hour, they refused to give her a heat bag and she apologized because of how unbelievably rude the lady was was to her. She even refused to give the driver a receipt. So I couldn't complain no doubt. I'm looking for a contact now. I'm sick of it. 45$ --original-- One of the WORST Places that I have had an experience with in a LONG time --- and it was the second time in a row that it happened! After an hour, the order was sent off to a third party delivery service, and I was missing HALF of the FIFTY DOLLAR meal I spent. I contacted corporate. Tried calling the store -- of course, over the ten times I tried, it was just a busy signal. Then I pressed zero and got some national hotline which then said all they could do was transfer me to the store. Their supervisor said that was all they could do as well. Ridiculous and just the absolute WORST in experience. I SERIOUSLY do not recommend them for delivery . Not in the 06 area at least. They outsource it to a third party and don't answer phone calls for hours at a time. If I could give zero stars, I would."

"Who out pizza's the hut? Everyone. The food was late, cold, and wrong. Wings were burnt and the pizza looked like it was made during an earthquake. When I called to discuss the issues with the manager, she was extremely flippant and dismissive of my issues. He name sounded like Bernet? I couldn't tell, either their phone lines are as bad as their pizza or she mumbled. Not important. If you want garbage pizza at least get it from Little Caesars so its cheap garbage pizza."

"Pan pizza was almost overcooked, and wish the cheese went all the way to the crust. I ended up throwing out the last 2 inches of each slice, and the elderly lady I work for couldn't chew it, but it was still pretty good. The taste and high quality ingredients make up for their downfalls."

"I’ve ordered here a few times. Never really have issues. Staff has been friendly and delivery has been fast. My only issue is every time I order cheese sticks, they are always over cooked. There hasn’t been one time they are not over cooked. So it seems like there is no cheese even though there is. Other than that, never had a complaint."
