"Edit: While the owners ‘response’ attempts to shift the blame on to us, it is completely misleading - This store has NO drive through or pickup window. Furthermore, if you’re going to change the hours of one of your stores… perhaps you should let corporate know, so they can NOT allow people to place orders only to have them canceled upon arriving at the store. —————— Placed an order online and everything went through just fine. However, after driving almost 15 miles to the store.. we found the door locked and we were being ignored by the people working inside. (This was certainly before their closing time listed on the door) We tried to communicate with them to inquire about our order, but it was obvious they had no interest. The best we can figure out is that they decided to cancel our order, during normal business hours, without any notification for us. Would strongly advise to avoid this Domino’s, especially if you’re driving from a ways away."

"i like dominos, and they're always my go-to for when i want pizza, but the quality has been suffering a bit lately. my intention isnt to berate but to maybe call attention to some issues I've noticed throughout the past couple years. I rarely get garlic butter on my crust anymore, despite not ordering it without. then, when I order a pan pizza instead, it is rarely made correctly with "cheese to the edge". the delivery drivers are always kind, and if there are any glaring issues they'll usually issue you a free pizza when you report the issue (i was supposed to get a salad with my order one night, informed the driver, he said he'd come back with it, he never did, so i submitted a report in the app and received credits for a free pizza.) i dont expect Michelin star service from dominos, but itd be nice if i could get garlic butter on my crust again. stay strong out there y'all"

"Well- it was Friday the 23rd and headed home for Christmas. Me and 9yo needed food. They added 20 minutes to the delivery time twice taking well over an hour. Pizza was burned and cold. When I tried to call, it took me through the prompts then just loud static. Side note- they forgot all 4 dipping sauces"
